When I came to my first session with Ina, I had just come out of a four-year relationship with a highly toxic lady. I was heartbroken, confused and did not know what to do with myself. Even within the very first session, Ina made me feel at ease, I felt so safe opening up to her, she is very personable. In every session she listens with empathy and non-judgment, but more than that; she has some amazing insights and life skills, and these have really shifted my mindset into positivity. My friend knew I was struggling when it came to dating, I felt too shy to approach girls, I also felt embarrassed because I have had very little experience with girls and dating.
